If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and an unboxing video for replacement review.
Required Proof
Please provide clear photos of the damaged item, outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and an unboxing video if available.
Review Result
After review, we may arrange a replacement, partial solution, or other after-sales support depending on the situation.
Not Covered
Damage caused by personal misuse, dropping, improper handling, or customer-side modification is not covered.
